ALP ALP is implemented as an Asynchronous Pluggable Protocol. It acts like a WEB server but without need of network. It executes WEB applications such as ASP-like pages (compatible with ASP) and CGI applications. ALP uses Internet Explorer as a server and client, and thus makes it possible to use ASP or CGI programming for building desktop applications, retail software, and CD-ROM catalogs that will run on both stand-alone machines and WEB servers. | ||||||||||||||||||||
