Q: I cannot select drives in the IIS 4.0 HTML Internet Service Manager. Why? A: When using the HTML Internet Service Manager with IIS 4.0, the user tries to search for the content directory by using the browse button. They will notice that the "up" button that usually would take the user from the top level directory to a list of drives (like Window's Explorer) does not function as expected. This is because drive browsing is not supported in IIS 4.0 To work around this, manually put the drive letter in the browse box and then click the "up" button. - Jemearl Smith |
